It is at the heart of this Ayurveda recipes, combining the natural goodness of Ceylon tea with the goodness in herbs, roots and spices from our forests. Your cup of youth is a piquant aroma of herbs, oils and spices from the ayurvedic physician’s natural ’toolkit’ -produces a complex combination of flavours. Nutmeg offers nutty sweetness, challenged by Ceylon pepper which in turn activates the very herbal turmeric root, finishing with the woody, sweetness of Ceylon Cinnamon and the liquorice-like piquancy of star anise.
