Arana Digestive as an ingredient for a Kimchi Tofu salad

Masterchef Australia finalist and longtime Dilmah ambassador Simon Toohey created a healthy vegan recipe for you, called “Kimchi Tofu on torn iceberg”. In this video Simon himself shows how to make this salad. He uses one teabag of the Digestive tea together with hennip seeds to sprinkle over the salad and advises to drink the tea as well with this dish. Do you feel like experimenting? You can try to use this tea as an ingredient for your favorite salad.
