    Celebrating the Differences honours the annual celebration of the rich variety of divergent talents in the Dilmah community. To this end, the MJF Charitable Foundation organizes an annual festival (since its inception) called Celebrating Differences. A heartwarming celebration together with and by differently abled people who learn to build a self-reliant existence at Dilmah according to the principles of 'dignified empowerment'.
