We are currently experiencing congestion in our warehouse. As a result, we notice that our stock deliveries and orders are not picked up as quickly as we are used to. Our fulfilment partner and we are very sorry about this.

Your order goes through the following steps:

1. Immediately after your order has been entered, you will receive an order confirmation from Dilmah. At that moment your order information is sent to our fulfilment partner.
2. Your order will be collected, packed & shipped there. This process is currently delayed by several business days.
3. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a track&trace code by e-mail.
